May 2018 Picnic

Post by freelander02 » Wed Apr 18, 2018 12:45 am

Date: May 12
Location: Dave Carroll's

I confirmed this with Heidi. They are excited to host. I told her we would take care of everything -- food, drinks, and the like. I suggest 3 PM rally time.

Any volunteers to further organize this activity?

Heidi says...
Fyi, I have lots of paper plates, napkins, and plastic cutlery at the house, so if you were planning to supply any of that, I've got that covered.

Dave says Hi. He's excited to see everyone.

Its on the calendar. Barring the unknown, I should be there.

Dave’s big on trials, so what do you think about setting up a simple one for fun if there’s space on his property?

I've marked this on my calender, and currently have the day free. With my newish job, and son a little older I've got some time to have fun. Hope to make it.

Actually, if I knew what others were bringing, I would try to bring something complimentary.

I'm planning to bring something excessively chocolatey, most likely some serious brownies. No nuts.

I can bring my bocce set if anybody wants to play. And original, federally illegal yard darts...

What I don't have is an address or directions. The last I heard, Dave's area is kind of in the country so any chance of stumbling across his place is slim.
